The Executive Vice President shall assist the President with his/her functions and shall preside at all meetings at which the President cannot be present. The chief responsibility of this office shall be to serve as Chairperson over the Regional Vice President’s Council. He/She shall represent the general body in the absence of the President.

The Regional Vice President shall preside over all meetings of their respective regions and shall promote the programs of VCYC throughout their areas. The Regional Vice Presidents must reside in their region throughout their term. The region, its programs and activities shall be amenable to the Executive Committee of VCYC. The regions shall be:

• Eastern Region: New York, New Jersey, New England, Western New York, Philadelphia-Baltimore, Allegheny and Virginia Conferences.
• Southeastern Region: North Carolina, Albemarle, Central North Carolina, Pee Dee, Western North Carolina, Blue Ridge, South Carolina, Palmetto, Cape Fear and West Central North Carolina Conferences.
• South Central Region: Alabama, North Alabama, South Alabama, Central Alabama, West Alabama, Cahaba, Georgia, South Georgia, Florida and South Florida Conferences.
• Central Region: Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and East Tennessee’s-Virginia Conferences.
• Mid-Western Region: Arkansas, North Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, South Mississippi and West Tennessee-Mississippi Conferences.
• Western Region: Colorado, California, Southwest Rocky Mountain, Oregon-Washington, Alaska and Arizona Conferences.
• Overseas Region: Jamaica, Guyana, Lagos-West African, Nigeria, Central Nigeria, Rivers Nigeria, Mainland Nigeria, Liberia, East Ghana, West Ghana, Mid-Ghana, Coted’ Ivoire (Ivory Coast) Couth America, Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Barbados, London-Birmingham, South Africa, Trinidad-Tobago and India Conferences.
